Cartoonfestival Rotterdam Foundation (CFR) will organise a cartoon (comic) festival on the topic ‘friendship’ (between people from different cultures), in cooperation with Foundation ‘Comité Erasmus Icoon van Rotterdam.
We seek to communicate the message of friendship in a playful visual way to all citizens the world and more specific those in Rotterdam and its direct environment.
